Wash pare,cut potatoes, lengthwise soak in cold water with ice one hour, dry potatoes with towel rub with butter or bacon fat bacon bake at 425° until light brown turn potatoes, add salt and pepper.

Delicious meatless meal that is filling but also super tasty. Super easy to prepare and is done in less then 45 minutes. Makes for a fantastic weeknight meal. 🟢

Ingredient

2 1/2 tbs

corn starch

1 tsp

paprika

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven to 375* Prepared a cookie sheet by spraying with non-stick spray.

* Step 2

In a gallon ziplock bag add seasoning, and cornstarch. Mix ingredients around in bag and set aside.

* Step 3

Cup block of tofu into cubes. Add tofu cubes to bag and shake to fully coat in seasoning and corn starch mixture. (Do not press tofu. Recipe is best prepared if you are working with tofu that still has some moisture.)

* Step 4

Lay tofu cubes onto cookie sheet and move to the oven. Let bake for 10-15 minutes or until the tofu starts to crisp on the side facing down. Flip tofu over and let bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Once tofu appears more firm and have crisped on each side remove from the oven. Serve immediately.

* Step 1

Wash chicken thigh then pat it dry.

Combine all the ingredients and rub it well into the thigh.

* Step 3

Leave it for an hour.Cook in a preheat oven for 30 mins at 250 degrees.

This is a two stage cooking dish. It's a mixture of a few recipes combined.

Ingredient

1-1/2 tablespoons

salt

2 sticks

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt 1 stick of butter to coat the bottom of the pan. Preheat your oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Boil the potatoes till fork tender in the salted water. Smash the potatoes in a buttered 13×19 pan. Add the cheese, bacon, salt and pepper. Taste the potatoes before salting them, for they will absorb salt in the boiling. Put the last stick of butter on top in pats. Put the pan into the oven with the bacon and butter, on top.

Bake in oven for 45 minutes. Take the pan out add the cheese on top and put it back into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

olive oil

2 cups

beef broth

1/2 tsp

thyme

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 300. Season roast with salt, pepper & garlic $ herb seasoning (I did it in the pot). Add olive oil to your Dutch oven and turn heat to just slightly under medium high. Sear roast on each side until browned (about 4 minutes), add more oil if needed.

Arrange onions around the roast. Combine broth, wine, garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Pour over the roast. Add bay leaf. Bring just to a simmer on the stovetop over medium-high heat. Once the broth is simmering, cover and place in the oven and bake 2 hours. In meantime cut & peel carrots (like so) & cut celery if using.

* Step 3

Add potatoes, carrots, and celery, and bake an additional 2 hours (for a 4lb roast) or until the roast and potatoes are fork-tender. Discard bay leaf. Gently pull beef into large pieces with a fork or slice into thick pieces. Serve with juices or make a gravy!
