Sweet Cutlets

I used ripe banana for making very delicious and sweet cutlets. I have used bigger variety of plantain which we use for" banana roast" for this purpose.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

The ripe banana is cooked in steam and smashed. Add the soda powder,salt and sugar to the whole wheat flour and mixed thoroughly well. Now mix the smashed banana with the flour mixture. Add the dried ginger powder and cardamom powder to the above and make the dough smooth and soft,with one rotation of the mixer.

* Step 2

Now make the dough into cutlet shapes or any other desired shapes with the hand

* Step 3

Dip the cutlets in the egg(beaten soft) and cover with bread crumbs.

* Step 4

Keep it closed with a lid and wait for one hour so that the cutlets are more softened.

* Step 5

Now deep fry in oil and spread it over tissue.. The really soft and yummy cutlets with a fine smell, are ready. Serve hot
