Khoshaf receipe

Khoshaf is dried fruit sweet dish with a lot vitamin for example fig got vitamin D .

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the dried fruit.

* Step 2

Put them in clean bowel with almond.

* Step 3

Cover the fruit with water at room temperature add more later if needed. I like water in it.

* Step 4

Add saffron and rose water.

* Step 5

Keep it outside for 24hrs in bahrain temperature or until soften or in warm place.

Serve it in small cup or dish with some of water.

* Step 7

Serve it with pastashio as in picture.
