Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix eggplants with salt and let it soak for 30 mins. It removes bitterness. Then wash the eggplant wit water and dry .
* Step 2
Mix chilli powder, garam masala, garlic powder , ginger powder, chat masala or dried mango powder and mix well and coat the eggplants with it and let it marinate for 30mins
* Step 3
Coat the eggplant slices with rice flour or corn flour and dust off the excess. Shallow fry the slices on pan
* Step 4
After cooked, transfer them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil
