Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Saute onion in olive oil

* Step 2

Add ground beef, cook until brown and drain

* Step 3

Add all ingredients and beef mixture to pot.

* Step 4

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour

* Step 5

Serve with fritos, topped with cheese
