Veggie Chili

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In Saute Pan or medium pot heat oil. Add onion and cook till soft (~7 min). Add garlic, stir until fragrant

* Step 2

Add Chili powder, Cumin, Cinnamon and Pepper. Stir.

* Step 3

Add carrots, bell peppers, beans, and tomatoes, bring to a boil

* Step 4

Reduce heat and simmer for ~1 hour. Stir in salt.

* Step 5

Top with sour cream and cheese if desired.
