California Farm Tiramisu Dessert

Great no-bake dessert made in the fridge with Fresh mascarpone cream cheese, fresh farm eggs, freshly baked Lady Finger cookies, fresh cold espresso coffee. California brandy or Marsala wine optional.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the eggwhites till 4 times their volume and stiff, eight minutes medium speed. Set aside.

* Step 2

Whisk egg yokes 8 minutes with sugar till four times their volume and stiff, add mascarpone, mix till smooth, about 3 more minutes. Fold egg whites in carefully to maximize the volume.

* Step 3

Bake ladybug finger cookies, 15 minutes. Drip 4 or 5 big lady finger cookies with cold espresso coffee, do not soak, add drops of optional brandy or Marsala wine. Dont let them get soggy.

* Step 4

Layer: 1/3 tiramisu mix, 4 to 5 cookies, 2/3 tiramisu mix. Sprinkle with Tbs cacao powder. Cool in fridge to stiffen up. Serve, enjoy.
