Quick Blackberry Cobbler
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse your blackberries in cold water, drain well ……..
* Step 2
In a bowl combine your Bisquick mix, orange juice, milk, eggs and vanilla extract, set bowl to the side…….
* Step 3
Spray a 8 x 8 baking pan with butter cooking spray……..
* Step 4
Pour your blackberries into baking pan, sprinkle your lemon juice and sugar, then stir well…….
* Step 5
Pour your Bisquick mix all over blackberries, dot your honey butter all over, then sprinkle cinnamon powder over everything………
* Step 6
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 40 ~ 45 minutes, or until cobbler is golden on top …….
* Step 7
Let cool for about 20 minutes, spoon into a bowl, top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy 😉!!!!!!
