Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown burger in pan. Add diced onion and allow to cook until onion is just turning translucent.
* Step 2
Add the burger and onion mix to a large slow cooker such as a Crockpot and turn on "low".
* Step 3
Add all remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and mix thoroughly.
* Step 4
Slow cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
* Step 5
Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
