Chocolate soufflé cake 🍫
I don’t know what’s the best name for this dessert. It’s more like a soufflé, pudding or jelly rather than a cake. The texture is very soft and it melts in your mouth 😄 I baked this for @Komish02 birthday lunch and people liked it a lot.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170℃. Place a parchment paper on a heat resistant tray.
* Step 2
Heat double cream in a pan under the low to medium heat. Do not boil it. Chop chocolate bar into small pieces and melt in the cream. Mix well with a spatula.
* Step 3
Remove the pan from the heat. When the chocolate becomes not too hot, mix beaten eggs little by little and add flour. Mix well.
* Step 4
Pour the mixture into the tray. Drop the tray couple of times to force the air in the mixture to come to the surface. Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 mins. Poke with a skewer or chopsticks and see if the mixture doesn’t stick.
* Step 5
Sprinkle powdered sugar or colorful sugar on top for the decoration.
