Japanese curry udon with leftover curry
When I make Japanese curry, I make in big portions so that I can enjoy with rice on the first day and with udon on the second day.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put Dashi packet in a boiling water. Take Dashi stock by simmering it for few minutes under low - medium heat. Remove the packet and add soy sauce, mirin and Sake.
* Step 2
Add pre-cooked udon noodles and cook for 1 minute. Pour in leftover Japanese curry. Cook for another few minutes.
* Step 3
Sprinkle some chopped spring onion!
