Stir fried eggs and Chinese chives
Simple dish which goes well with white rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 table spoon of oil and cook the beaten eggs. When it’s still half cooked, place it in a bowl and set aside.
* Step 2
Stir fry Chinese chives and Enoki mushroom under the medium heat. Add the mixture of sauces. Put back the egg and quickly mix all together.
