Crispy and juicy roast lamb noisette - home party idea 💡

I quickly made this after my work finished and I brought it to my colleague’s house for dinner today. They all really loved it!🤗 It’s very crispy outside and juicy inside.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Season the lamb with salt, pepper, chopped garlic, rosemary and thyme. Leave it for 15 mins.

Preheat the oven to 200℃.

* Step 3

Place less than 1 table spoon of olive oil in a heated pan, grill surface of the lamb. Once the surface is cooked, turn off the heat.

Move the meat on a oven tray(I’m placing a baking paper). Do not wash the pan as we use this for cooking sauce.

Roast in the preheated oven for 30 mins.

* Step 6

While roasting, prepare the sauce. Use the same pan, add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. ‘Stop the heat’ and add a piece of butter. Let the butter melt.

Once the lamb is ready, enjoy with the sauce and lemon juice!
