Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add butter and oil to heated pot, mix in diced onions. Sweat onions for 5 min.
* Step 2
Add the garlic to the pot, mix once garlic becomes fragrant.
* Step 3
Breakdown tomatoes and add them to the pot. Add the remaining tomato sauce from the can.
* Step 4
Add Sugar / Balsamic Vinegar / Red Pepper Flake / Oregano / Tomato Paste / S&P
* Step 5
Bring everything to a boil, reduce to a simmer, place the lid on and simmer for 45 min to 1 hour.
