Kelly’s Pie Crust
This is a killer pie crust I got from my dear friend Kelly. It’s great for pecan pie which will be my next recipe💕
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 pie crust (9 inches)
Cooking time :
30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients of ☆ in a large bowl. Don’t mix it too well. Leave some crisco in chunks to have good texture.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients of ● and pour into the flour mixture.
* Step 3
Spread plastic wrap on a large cutting board and sprinkle flour on it.
* Step 4
Put half of the flour mixture on the wrap and make a round shape. Do the same thing for the 2nd half of the flour mixture. Put both of them in a zip lock and rest them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to 3 days.
