Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add flour and water alternating

Add milk and olive oil to form a liquid batter

Make the crepes, can be held in the refrigerator for a day

Add a couple of teaspoons of olive oil along with a clove garlic and a bit of parsley stem to a frying pan. Cook the mushrooms. Cover to complete cooking until liquid is cooked out

In another pan brown the sausage, then add 1/2 C white wine, cover and finish cooking.

Add parsley leaves and salt to the mushrooms

Chop The cheese into small cubes

Spread bechamel on one side of a crepe, add mushrooms and meat and cheese to one side and fold in half. Fold in half again, and repeat process for all the crepes.

Coat a round casserole with bechamel and olive oil.

Place the crepes in a circular rose-like pattern around the casserole, adjusting the edges to flare upward like a flower
* Step 12
Drizzle with sauce. Twinkle with black pepper and grated parmesan.

Cook 20 to 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
