Creamy lemon fish

1 pan recipe + 4 simple ingredients = a very happy healthy tummy (keto friendly)

Ingredient

heavy cream

4 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In one large pan add your fish just after greasing the pan, and season using salt and pepper (if using salamon keep skined)

* Step 2

After the fish been cooked and flipped on both sides remove from the pan and set aside

* Step 3

In the same pan add 3 cups heavy cream, 4 tbsp lemon juice, feshly chopped parsley, 1 tbsp minced garlic, some salt and pepper and let simmer

* Step 4

After a couple of minutes re add the fish to the pan on medium heat (or in oven) and let simmer to get thicker tasty sauce (10 mins) then enjoy!
