Makki ka parantha & brinjal Raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a dough take a bowl put makki ka flour,vegetables,chopped chilli,chopped onion,spices.

* Step 2

Now mix all ingredients and put little little water according to flour and ready the flour take aside.

* Step 3

Now make Raita take a bowl put crushed curd.

* Step 4

Take bhoona brinjal peel of it's out side dry layer and chopped it.

* Step 5

Add brinjal into curd and add coriander leaves,salt and pepper powder.

* Step 6

Raita is ready now put a tawa on the flame and make parantha.

* Step 7

Plate it the dish is ready.
