Cooking instructions

* Step 1

* Step 2

in bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper flakes, black pepper and salt

* Step 3

add chicken strips and stir to coat, set aside

* Step 4

wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350°F oven for 5 to 10 minutes

* Step 5

cut onion in half lengthwise and slice into strips, cut your peppers into strips

* Step 6

in large non stick skillet over medium heat, heat remaining 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

* Step 7

add onions and peppers stirring for 3 to 4 minutes, until softened; transfer to a bowl and set aside

* Step 8

add chicken to skillet, cook, stirring for 3 to 4 minutes or until it loses it color

* Step 9

return onions and peppers to skillet; stir for about one minute
