This is a very some, easy side dish that is a perfect complement to any meal.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook Orzo according to directions. Takes about ten minutes to cook.

* Step 2

While the Orzo is cooking, dice or chop red and green peppers.

* Step 3

Add oil to pan on medium heat. Fry the peppers for five minutes. Add a pinch of salt.

* Step 4

Drain Orzo and add to peppers. Cook for another five minutes. Add another pinch of salt.

* Step 5

Serve! Consider topping with green onion, pine nuts, or Parmesan cheese.
