Ingredient

heavy cream

3 tablespoons

milk chocolate

1/4 teaspoon

fine sea salt

1 teaspoon

vanilla extract

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring the cream, sugar, corn syrup or honey, cocoa, milk chocolate, and salt to a simmer, whisking until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly, about 5 minutes

* Step 2

Stir in the bittersweet chocolate and let dissolve. Sir in butter and vanilla/liquor. Let cool slightly
