Lazy Chicken and Dumplings
A friend shared this and I modified it some. It has become a favorite at our house. I am not good at making dumplings but love that great homemade southern favorite.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
* Step 2
Shred rotisserie chicken and put into the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Or if cooking your own chicken prepare.
* Step 3
Melt stick of butter and pour over the chicken in the pan. Lightly salt and add pepper over chicken.
* Step 4
In a bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup milk, and 1/2 cup chicken stock. Pour evenly over chicken. Do not stir.
* Step 5
In same bowl, mix together can of cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 cups chicken stock. Pour evenly over chicken. Do not stir
* Step 6
Bake in oven uncovered for 45 minutes. When done let it sit 5 to 10 minutes. It will form more dumplings as it sits. And Enjoy! Yummy!!
