Maple Salmon

Maple Salmon

Ingredient

1/4 cup

maple syrup

2 tbsp

soy sauce

1/4 tsp

salt

1/8 tsp

black pepper

1 lb

salmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

* Step 2

Prep two sheets of aluminum foil to wrap the papillote. Line with sheets of parchment paper so the fish doesn’t touch the foil.

* Step 3

Place salmon in a dish, and coat with maple syrup and soy sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper and add garlic. Cover the dish, and marinate salmon in the refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.

* Step 4

Place salmon on the parchment seal off in aluminum foil.

* Step 5

Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 min.
