Chocolate fondant

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 small ramekins
1 tbsp

water

1/4 cup

sugar

1 tsp

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 515 degrees.

* Step 2

Butter 4 ramekins and sprinkle with flour.

* Step 3

Break 100 grams or 4 rows of chocolate into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp water and the butter. Microwave for 45 seconds, mixing every 15 seconds.

* Step 4

Whip 2 eggs in a mixing bowl. Pour in the melted chocolate mixture and add sugar. Mix, add a 3rd egg and keep mixing. Add a teaspoon of flour and keep mixing.

* Step 5

Fill each of the ramekins halfway. Add 2 squares or 10 grams of the chocolate bar. Add the remaining half to each ramekin.

* Step 6

Clean the sides of the ramekins so there are no random drops or splatters on the edges.

* Step 7

Bake for 8 minutes.

* Step 8

Serve immediately or put in fridge. To reheat, our in microwave for 20 seconds.
