Dry Mushroom capsicum veg
Mushroom capsicum vegetable is a very tasty simple ,easy,healthy and tasty vegetable that can be served with plain rice or roti ,paratha,puri.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly Wash mushroom than cut into long half slices
* Wash capsicum than cut into small diced. and cut all onions,tomatoes,garlic and chilies
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan Add cumin and mustard seeds until they crackle and add garlic,green chilies.
* Now add chopped onions Saute for 3 minutes
* Step 3
Add mushroom sliced saute for 7 to8 minutes until they turn pink than add capsicums Small dices sauté for again for 3 to 5 minutes
* Step 4
Add all dry masalas turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder. Salt Mix every thing well.
* Step 5
Add chopped tomatoes and Cover and cook on a low heat until they cooked.
* Step 6
Add coriander leaves and stir.
* Transfer to a serving bowl.
* Serve dry Mushroom and capsicum veg with rice or roti.
