Coconut White chocolate Laddu
#Diwali My innovative Coconut chocolate laddu made of outer cover white and crunchy and inner layer are white moist decadent add the wow factor and it's mouth watering delicious soft in taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
* Step 2
Combine coconut,coconut cream and sugar in a medium bowl.
* Step 3
Divide mixture into 9 portions shape each portions into a ball. place balls on an oven tray lined with baking paper. freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
* Step 4
Place chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl microwave on high in 30 second bursts, stirring,until melted and smooth. cool to room temperature.
* Step 5
Dip Balls into melted white chocolate and roll into the dry desiccated coconut allow access to brain return to Oven tray refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm
* Step 6
Your delicious white chocolate coconut balls is ready.
