Paneer mix veg paratha is healthy and yummy paratha in my own way and it tastes so good and my husband and son loved it and ordered me to make it more
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add flour and salt using water make it to smooth dough,then add ghee and knead for a minute and cover it and keep aside for at least 20minutes.
* Step 2
Cook green peas and mash it
* Step 3
Wash and shred carrots and also grate /shred paneer
* Step 4
Mix well all the ingredients
* Step 5
Knead the resting dough make a lemon size ball and roll it to 3” diameter and keep 1 mixed veg filling and seal the edges together and roll it like pic and then gently roll it like regular chapati.do the same for the remaining dough.
* Step 6
Heat a tawa toast the parathas on both sides in medium heat till turn light golden brown..drizzle some ghee around the paratha and shallow fry it.
* Step 7
Remove from the tawa paneer mix veg paratha is ready and can be served hot with green chutney,red chutney and yogurt.
