Tzatziki dip
Tzatziki dip....classic Greek appetizer...there was a time when I was obsessed with Greek food...specially the dips...Everytime we went out I would insist on going to a restaurant which served authentic Greek food so that I could order a meze platter...but then I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted...and one of those dips is this easy to make and healthy tzatziki sauce or dip...it can be made in advance and is a perfect condiment for burgers or as a dip for pita bread or veggies...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take hung curd in a bowl. Squeeze out the excess water from the cucumbers and add it to the curd. Now add minced garlic, dill leaves and lemon juice to the hung curd.
* Step 2
Thereafter add olive oil and salt. Mix it well and serve with lavash, pita bread, chips, steamed or raw veggies of your choice and enjoy...😀
