Bread Upma
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heating pan add 2 tablespoon of Oil and allow to heat.
* Step 2
Then add ½ tsp of Mustard seeds, ¼ tsp of Cumin Seeds, ¼ tsp of Hing, 1 tsp of chopped Green Chillies, few Curry Leaves, 1 ½ tsp of Urad Dal, 2 tsp of Peanuts and sauté for 1 Min.
* Step 3
Then add ¼ tsp of Sesame Seeds (Til), ¼ cup of chopped Onions and cook for another 1 Min.
* Step 4
Add ¼ cup of chopped Tomatoes and mix well.
* Step 5
Then add ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder (Haldi), ½ tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ½ tsp of Salt, 1 tsp of
Sugar and sauté the spices for half a minute.
* Step 6
Furthermore, add 3 cup of mixer grinded Bread and mix well.
* Step 7
Add 1 tsp of Lemon Juice, sprinkle 2 tsp of Water and mix well.
* Step 8
Cover the lid and simmer on medium flame for 2 Min.
* Step 9
Lastly add 2 tsp of chopped Coriander Leaves and mix well.
* Step 10
For serving, grease the serving bowl with Ghee, pour Upma into the bowl and unmold on serving plate.
* Step 11
Garnishing with Sev and serve hot.
