It's made by soybean curd
Chilli Tofu with stir fry vegetables
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First cut tofu in to pieces coat cornflour add salt,Pepper, Jeera powder mix it well
* Step 2
Now take a non stick pan add tofu pieces roast it till it comes golden colour
* Step 3
Now take another pan add garlic butter add diced Onion bell peppers shimla mirch roast it till they change the colour now add salt,pepper,Soya sauce, vinegar and some water make a gravy mix it till the gravy thickens add tofu and serve it
