You can adjust the quantity of lemons as per ur taste & can also add veggies if u want
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 500 gms boneless Chicken and cut into pieces. Marinate with 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt, 1 tbsp black pepper powder & juice of 1 lemon & keep for about 45 minutes.
* Step 2
In a bowl now take 1-2 lemon juice, 2 tbsp vinegar, salt, 1 tbsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp cornflour, 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of yellow colour. Mix well add about 1 cup water.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan add 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic, add white of spring onion. Cook for few minutes.
Now add the mix we made in the bowl. Cook till it becomes thick.
* Step 4
Add fried chicken & check the seasoning.
Add greens of spring onion.
Cook for sometime & serve hot.
