Whenever making kebabs refrigerate them for atleast 30 minutes so they will never break while frying
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste & salt.
Boil potatoes.
* Step 2
In a bowl add boiled potatoes, shred chicken, ginger garlic powder, salt, chilli powder, spring onion, chopped green chillies & coriander leaves.
Mix all well.
* Step 3
Each cheese cube cut into 4 parts.
* Step 4
Take the chicken mixture give it a ball shape.
Flatten it using the palms place 1 piece of cheese in middle & again give it a round shape.
Refrigerate for half an hour
* Step 5
Roll in maida. Dip in egg & roll again in breadcrumbs & fry.
Serve hot with your favourite chutney/dip
