milk

250 gms

ghee

1/2 tsp

saffron

1 cup

sugar

4 tbsp

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add carrots & boil milk.Let them cook together.When the mixture starts getting little thick slow the flame add ghee, sugar, saffron soaked in milk.

* Step 2

Last add the dry fruits. Keep cooking on slow flame only it will take about 30 minutes,but like they say sabr ka fal mith,this halwa also will be yum.
