Chocolate Rolls With Cookie And Cream Ice Cream
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take samosa patti & any chocolate of your choice.
Cut the chocolate according to the patti size.
* Step 2
Keep the piece of chocolate in the patti & roll it.
Seal the edges with maida paste.
* Step 3
Keep in freezer for half an hour.
* Step 4
Fry these patti on medium heat & serve with ice-cream.
* Step 5
Cookie And Cream Ice-cream
Take 1/2 tin milkmade.
2 cups cream
20 oreo biscuits
4 milano cookies
1 tbsp cocoa powder (not sweet)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
* Step 6
Scrape the cream from oreo biscuits & keep aside.
Coarsely grind the biscuits(16) & cookies.
* Step 7
Mix cream & milkmaid (u can use a blender) & cream we scrapped from the biscuits.
Add all the rest ingredients & mix well.
Freeze it for 4 hours.
Remove it churn till it gets soft.
Remaining 4 biscuits roughly chop & sprinkle half & mix half with the mixture.
Freeze overnite or atleast 6 hours
