Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boiled potatoes, bread soaked in water, salt, red chilli powder, jeera powder, black pepper. Mix all give shape of tikki & fry with little oil.

Boil ragda with salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste & red chilli powder.

* Step 3

Chutney I used 3 types: Green (coriander, mint, green chillies, garlic & salt) Imli, khajoor & gur Red chutney(whole kashmiri chilli & garlic) Chopped onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, sev, dahi, chat masala for toppings.
