Chicken Shawarma

Ingredient

1 bowl

Chicken

to taste

salt

2 tbsp

mayonnaise

1 tsp

vinegar

as needed

olive oil

1 bowl

Maida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pieces of boneless Chicken & marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chilli powder, vinegar & olive oil fr 5-6 hrs.

* Step 2

Cook & keep aside. Pickle in vinegar cucumber, beetroot & cabbage fr an hour.

* Step 3

Make maida roti's. Apply mayonnaise to roti, add chicken, lettuce leaves, pickled veggies. Roll it & serve with pickled veggies & mayonnaise.

You can also add french fries.
