Today we put everything we could find into the water bath. It's great!

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare a water bath to 85C

* Step 2

Combine ingredients in a vacuum bag and seal.

* Step 3

Submerge pears in water bath for 2 hours.
