BBQ wings
My secret ingredient is Chinese 5 spice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse wings and clean. Remove any hairs on the wing. Fill large bowl with cold water and add the “Brine” ingredients. Let sit in refrigerator at least 3 hours or overnight.
* Step 2
When ready to grill, pour off water and add olive oil to chicken. Let sit until the refrigerator chill is removed. Grill until juices are clear and add bbq sauce
