Coriander Delight (Kothimbir Vadi)
#Traditional This Maharashtrain dish is crunchy and aromat, with a delicious taste! The irresistible aroma, delicious taste, and lovely crunch is sure to steal your heart! It is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with an amazing texture. It tastes best with green chutney, imli (tamarind/sweet) chutney, or ketchup.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a large bowl and put besan, coriander leaves, salt, chilli powder, roasted cumin and coriander powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
* Step 2
Mix well then add water as required to make a semi liquid dough.
* Step 3
Steam the dough for 15/20 minutes in a greased vessel. Let it cool. Then cut into square or diamond shape and shallow fry or deep fry till golden brown in colour from both sides.
* Step 4
Enjoy with green chutney or ketchup.
