3 Ingredient Dessert #milk

A fabulous dessert recipe with appealing looks and great taste, this three ingredient (walnuts, dates and raisins) dessert can be made in a jiffy! It is a simple frozen dessert recipe and the dish is very delicious and healthy too. This is a wonderful recipe to relish during the summer times. This can also be eaten for breakfast! It is a plant-based and sugar-free!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak all the above ingredients overnight (or for 12 hours)

* Step 2

Drain the soaked water.

* Step 3

Grind to a fine paste adding almond milk.

* Step 4

Deep freeze for 2-3 hours.

* Step 5

Serve chilled. Enjoy!
