Seafood w Gata w Vegetables Crabs n Shrimp
We had some crabs and shrimps and bought some veggies. Decided to make a gata dish. IM not a Crabs eater but shrimps Love shrimps.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a hot Pan saute garlic until fragrant then onions and Ginger cook until fragrant.
* Step 2
Then add Crabs cook until color turns Red then add gata or Coconut milk bring to a boil then simmer.
* Step 3
Add kalabasa or squash then add other vegetables. Simmer Cover until squash is soft
* Step 4
Then add shrimps add pepper. Cover until shrimps turn color turn off heat transfer to serving dish serve with hot rice
