Ingredient

1/2 cup

water

1 pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To make the dough, you mix the flour and salt and keep adding the salt until you get a nonsticky good dough.

You then heat the oil until very hot Roll out the dough and make small round shapes Fry them in the hot oil until golden brown. (they swell up and make bubbles in the oil)

* Step 3

To make the filling/ sauce You boil the chicken with seasoning

* Step 4

Then grind it to make it shredded On a frying pan, add a teaspoon of oil and chicken, seasoning, and ground scotch bonnet Keep stirring until golden brown

* Step 5

Plate it as you wish and squeeze a lemon on it Sprinkle some sweet and smoky BBQ flakes Enjoy
