Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add Fritos in a bowl. Next layer canned chili (approx 3/4 cup of chili for every 1 1/2 cups of Fritos) then 1/2 of the cheddar cheese on top. *I've used shredded & sliced before...same outcome.
* Step 2
Microwave for 45 seconds. Remove & mix up. (*add peppers as needed). Add a handful of Fritos, swiss & remaining cheddar cheese on top. Don't mix. Microwave for additinal 30-40 secs. Remove. Add sour cream & onions.
