One Pot Wholesome Curried Vegetables
One pot recipes are life savers! This one in particular is a mix bag of several vegetables all that can be cooked instantly with simple ingredients and very little fat. It's again an almost zero oil recipe with loads of protein enriched and fibrous veggies.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat some ghee / oil in a pressure cooker and add the sugar allowing it to caramelize.
* Step 2
Add in the five spice mix or panchphoran and red chillies and chopped garlic and mix well.
* Step 3
Add in the onions, tomatoes, carrots and stir well.
* Step 4
Add in the potatoes, raw papaya, and brinjal.
* Step 5
Add in the Salt, turmeric some water and close the lid by putting the weight on the pressure cooker.
* Step 6
Let the pressure release after one whistle and serve hot.
