Egg & Bacon Muffins

Simple stuff- but oh so good!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry bacon and set aside

Lower heat and fry eggs in a couple of egg rings.

* Step 3

Meanwhile- open up muffins and heat under grill. Melting cheese on one side of muffins.

* Step 4

When cheese is melted- remove from grill and spread some tomato relish on toasted side of muffin. Then top with bacon, egg and lettuce and eat!!
