Cheese & Bacon Pizza with Leafy Greens

* Step 1
So easy and probably the best pizza you'll eat. Play around with the toppings. Throw all ingredients for base into a large bowl and knead until you are blue in the face. When you have a big doughy ball, cover and sit in a warm area of the house for about an hour or until dough doubles in size. When this happens, pull off little balls of dough, throw on a floured board and roll out flat with a rolling pin. As flat as you can.
* Step 2
Stick rolled out base onto a greased tin, throw on some cheese, bacon, tomato, onion, olives and bake at about 180'C until golden brown.
* Step 3
Pull out of oven, cover with some leafy greens, pour a tiny little drizzle of sour cream, season and serve. Really tasted great! Enjoy!
