Ribbed Potatoes

Bit tricky to prepare but looks great and tastes even better.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180*C. Cut slits into spuds- about 3/4 the way through.

* Step 2

Mix oil with herbs and apply to spuds- making sure to get oil into slits.

* Step 3

Bake for 30mins. Season and serve. Very nice and a good way to pretty up a side- good texture also. Enjoy!
