Viva Italia! Burger
A well rounded burger that's got tangy tomato sauce, salty Parmesan, smokey Gouda, and mildly bitter kale.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare my Slow Cooker Tomato Sauce from my recipes.
* Step 2
Form beef into a patty and sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper. Cook to your liking on grill, skillet, or griddle.
* Step 3
On the bottom half of the ciabatta roll, place the cooked patty. Top with heated tomato sauce, both cheeses, and kale.
