So this is a very easy dish and is a especially good for winter time or when your sick , STOP EATING CAN SOUPS !

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean all veggies and potatoes then slice all veggies into thick chunks and boil them together with a little bit of onion powder.

* Step 2

Clean chicken breast and take off all fats then you want to cut them into thick slices and add (salt, pepper, adobo, minced onion)

Cook chicken slices until they are too your taste in this case I cook them fairly well I don’t want them to get too dark ! A lot of people like to boil their chicken but cooking them gives them a nice texture and soaks up the flavor !!

* Step 4

Make your tortillas with a pinch of salt and water then cook them with light oil until they look good !

* Step 5

You want to split your veggies into two separate pots & add 1 broth each and half water. Once this is done you need to add adobo until it taste like chicken and add garlic powder and salt and sprinkle of parsley and cook until it boils !
