elk roast con salsa verde in crock pot
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
in blender add garlic, tomatillos , jalapenos, cilantro and water. Blend on high till smooth. Pour over roast.
* Step 3
cut onion to chunks and add to crock pot.
* Step 4
fill remainder of crock pot to cover roast with water and add salt to taste.
* Step 5
cook on high until pull apart tender.
* Step 6
serve with finely chopped onion and cilantro and eat with warm tortillas...
